Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable except in the two weather-related scenarios listed below.

Our availability is extremely limited, and most of our schedule is booked a year in advance. When a deposit is made, we reserve that specific date and turn away other customers. If you cancel your charter for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. You are welcome to submit a new deposit to reserve another day. However, if you cancel twice, you will no longer be eligible to schedule future charters.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

If Daze Off Charters cancels your trip due to weather before you arrive you can reschedule for another available date in the same calendar year, and the existing deposit will be applied.

If you arrive at the marina and are lodging with us and we have to cancel due to weather your deposit can be applied to another day or will be refunded.

Safety is our #1 priority, and all weather-related decisions are at the sole discretion of Daze Off Charters.
